Sterling Silver Hoop Earring Workshop — $169
Join me in the studio to make your own pair of solid sterling silver hoop earrings from start to finish.
This workshop is a gentle introduction to silversmithing. You’ll learn how to measure, shape, solder, file and polish your hoops, and I’ll guide you through each step along the way.
I run this workshop most Wednesdays at 11am, and once a month on a Saturday. You’re very welcome to book on your own or come with a friend. Groups are small (maximum 6), so it always feels relaxed and personal.
If you’d prefer to gather your own group, I open two weekend dates each month for private bookings (4–6 people).
What’s Included
All sterling silver to make your hoops
Tuition in basic silversmithing skills
Use of tools and equipment
Apron and safety glasses
Cold drinks and a sweet treat
Over the session we’ll form your hoops, solder them closed, refine the shape and finish them by hand. I’ll tumble them at the end so they leave with a lovely shine.
This class runs for approximately 2.5 hours.
Please note: Bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. With good notice, I’m happy to move you to another scheduled session where possible.
